------Additional Info, Tips, and Notes-------------------------------

I thought that si_late was a good map.  It reflected the mood of the mod very well.  The only problem was the r_speeds.
They stayed at about 500+ most of the time.  And peaked at 1000~ outside.  So i tryed very hard to keep r_speeds below 400 at all times.  They stay at around 300~ most of the time.  They peak at 550~ outside looking from the sniper gallery.  Ok i suppose.

Here are a few tips and hints.

The "secret" alley entrance to the lab has a downside.  Opening the outer vent marked "Coolant Exchange Access" sets off an alarm.  This gives any defender about 15~ seconds to turn on the "Coolant Exchange" (by pressing the red button).  Whereupon any unfortunate intruder gets frozen solid.  Now, there was also a problem with campers in si_late, you know what i mean, dickheads who put satchel charges outside the cloning/prototype room.  Also there were the cool dudes who fired the gauss cannon through the walls to kill anyone who had just respawned.  
I have placed double thickness walls (with the "gap" in the middle) and also a foyer area with see thru' gauss impenitrable glass.  So you can wait until a person has stopped camping to make your exit.  I had originally tried to put in a sentry turret like someone reccomended, but it turned into more hassle than it was worth.  It still is possible for you to be boxed in using the foyer area, but at least you can attempt to fight back this way.
Oh and be sure to hide in the dumpsters to take out that pesky sniper ;)

------Bug's, Problems, etc-------------------------------------------

Worldcraft crashed everytime i tried to place in clip brushes after the map had become quite large in size, so don't email me about that.  I will try to get that sorted for my next s&i map.  I did manage to clip most troublesome places except:
The curve by the lift/research area
The curvey stair piller support thingy by the main entrance to the bases.

The "info_intermittion" entity is buggy.  So sometimes while looking at the choose team screen when you crank up the map you are looking into the side wall of AFD.  This is becuase sometimes it defaults to the 0, 0, 0 position of the map, which happens to be the AFD wall in my case.

It's not really a problem but there are only two ways into the research area, in my next map (si_power)will be aiming for a much more accesible research lab(s).
