It is quite a simple matter to create CTF maps.  All you need is an normal
WAD editing program.  The following things must be put in every single CTF
map (the thing number is in parenthesis, for compatability with non-ZDoom
WAD editing programs)...

Red Flag		: Red Keycard 			(  13)
Blue Flag		: Blue Keycard 			(   5)
Red Player Start	: Red Particle Fountain 	(9027)
Blue Player Start	: Blue Particle Fountain 	(9029)
Spectator Start		: Player Deathmatch Start 	(  11)
